預防2019冠狀病毒病-在進口層面消毒凍房工作環境及食品包裝的指引
Prevention of COVID-19 - Guidance on Disinfecting the Working Environment and the Food Package of Cold Stores at Import Level

為進一步減低在凍房環境感染2019冠狀病毒病的風險,食物安全中心製作了在進口層面消毒凍房工作環境及食品包裝消毒的指引,建議相關的預防性措施。
In order to further reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19 in cold stores, the Centre for Food Safety produced the guidance on disinfection for the working environment and the food package of cold stores at import level, recommending relevant preventive measures.

全新食安節目「食安電影頻道」
“EatSafe: CFS Channel” ― A New Online Video Campaign on Food Safety

市民的食物安全意識正日漸提高,近年本地的食物中毒個案數字屢見新低,然而,有關高風險食物的中毒事件仍時有發生,當中涉及蛋類食品,以及沒有完全煮熟的菜式等等。這些食物容易出現交叉污染風險,可招致中毒事故。

有見及此,食安中心開展名為「為食電影台」的全新網上短片宣傳活動,請來吉祥物「食安仔」與「食安妹妹」,以港產片的幽默方式與大家講述一些值得注意的食安問題,讓公眾可從娛樂中獲得實用的食安資訊。

「為食電影台」將於1月7日在食安中心的YouTube頻道首播,短片並會在食安中心的Fac ebook和Instagram頁面同步播放。請多多支持,並歡迎介紹親友一同觀賞這一系列短片。

Food safety awareness is on the rise in Hong Kong.  The number of food poisoning cases has hit new record lows in recent years.  However, food poisoning incidents involving high-risk foods such as eggs and dishes not thoroughly cooked are still reported from time to time.  These foods which pose the risk of cross-contamination are an underlying cause of food poisoning.

In view of this, we will launch a brand new online video campaign called “EatSafe: CFS Channel”.  The CFS mascots, On and Mui, will hint at local movies to introduce some important food safety issues to the public in a humorous manner.  Through the videos, the public will be able to gain practical food safety information through entertainment.

The “EatSafe: CFS Channel” will be unveiled on the CFS YouTube channel on 7 January 20 21 and co-streamed on the CFS Facebook and Instagram pages.  Please feel free to share this series of videos with your family and friends.

Food Safety Bulletin (for Consumers) and Food Safety Express (for Food Trade)

「食物安全通訊  (公眾篇)」及「食物安全廣播站  (食物業)」已經出版,內容包括「食用油脂和嬰兒配方奶粉中的縮水甘油酯」,「草酸鈣 - 植物中會刺人的晶體」及「齊來確保外送食物服務的食物安全」等。The Food Safety Bulletin (for Consumers) and Food Safety Express (for Food Trade) had been published. This issue includes “Glycidyl Esters in Edible Fats and Oils and Infant Formula”, “Calcium Oxalate — Stinging Crystals in Plants”and Join Efforts to Uphold Food Safety of Food Delivery”, etc.
