中心每月公布「食物安全報告」,分享食物監察結果,令市民可適時地獲得最新的食物安全資訊。
As a way to deliver the latest food safety information timely to the public, the CFS announces the "Food Safety Report" every month, sharing the food surveillance results.

食物安全知多啲 2018
Know more about Food Safety 2018
食物安全中心轄下的傳達資源小組(小組)在2018年舉辦"食物安全知多啲2018"活動。活動期間,小組展覽室播放簡短而有趣的食物安全教育錄影片。此外,場地還會設置展板,介紹食物中毒、食物標籤及防腐劑等衞生常識,並有各種宣傳單張供公眾取閱。
The Communication Resource Unit (CRU) of the Centre for Food Safety (CFS) launched a campaign on "Know more about Food Safety 2018" in CRU. Short and interesting food safety and education videos will be shown at the exhibition hall of CRU. Exhibition boards covering the topics of Food Poisoning, Food Labelling and Preservatives will be displayed. Various types of pamphlets are also available for collection by the public.
