食安中心公布月餅時令食品調查（第一期）結果
CFS announces results of seasonal food surveillance on mooncakes (first phase)

中心最近完成一項有關月餅的時令食品調查（第一期）。在一百七十個樣本中，除較早前公布的一個雪糕月餅樣本大腸菌群含量超出法例上限外，其餘樣本全部通過檢測。
The CFS announced the results of a recently completed seasonal food surveillance project on mooncakes (first phase). The results of 170 mooncake samples tested were satisfactory except for an ice-cream mooncake sample detected with coliform bacteria exceeding the legal limit which was announced earlier.

已獲小量豁免產品名單
List of Small Volume Exemption Products

根據小量豁免制度，在香港每年銷售量不超過30,000件的相同版本預先包裝食物，可獲授予營養標籤豁免。有關豁免產品名單已上載中心網頁。
Under the Small Volume Exemption (SVE) Scheme, prepackaged foods of the same version with annual sales volume in Hong Kong not exceeding 30,000 units may be granted with exemption from providing nutrition labelling. List of SVE products has been uploaded onto the CFS website.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

9月的巡迴展覽內容包括營養標籤、基因改造食物、反式脂肪、控制食物溫度、旅客食物安全建議、孕婦食物安全建議及天然毒素。展覽將設於九龍城街市、楊屋道街市、鰂魚涌街市及將軍澳中心。
The coming exhibitions will be held in September at Kowloon City Market, Yeung Uk Road Market, Quarry Bay Market and Park Central, Tseung Kwan O.  Panels cover topics on nutrition labelling, genetically modified food, trans fats, control of food temperature, food safety advice for travelers, food safety advice for pregnant women and natural toxins.
