臘味時令食品調查 (第一期)
Seasonal food surveillance project on lap-mei (first phase)

中心最近完成一項臘味的時令食品調查(第一期),評估其食用安全,有關的檢測結果已上載於中心網頁。
The CFS has recently completed a seasonal food surveillance project (first phase) assessing the food safety of lap-mei. The results have been uploaded onto the CFS website.

網購高風險食物
Online Shopping of High-risk Foods

近年在網上購買食物愈趨普遍。消費者在網購食物時須加倍留意食物的性質,有很多食物中毒事故都是因為一些高風險食物造成的。
Online food shopping has become a common practice these days. When purchasing food online, consumers should pay particular attention to the nature of foods because certain high-risk food items are known to be associated with food poisoning outbreaks.

食物安全巡迴展覽
Roving Exhibition on Food Safety

12月的巡迴展覽內容包括有機食物、雪卡毒素、孕婦食物安全建議、營養標籤、殘餘除害劑、控制食物溫度、食物安全5要點、反式脂肪、天然毒素及基因改造食物。展覽將設於黃大仙曉暉花園、旺角瓏璽、荃灣荃灣廣場及元朗朗晴居。
The coming exhibitions will be held in December at Scenic View in Wong Tai Sin, Imperial Cullinan in Mong Kok, Tsuen Wan Plaza in Tsuen Wan and Grand Del Sol in Yuen Long. Panels cover topics on organic food, ciguatoxins, food safety advice for pregnant women, nutrition labelling, pesticide residues, control of food temperature, 5 keys for food safety, trans fats, natural toxins and genetically modified food.
