Three roving exhibitions will be held in Yuen Long and Cheung Sha Wan in February 2025. This initiative is primarily designed to enhance the knowledge of food industry stakeholders regarding essential food safety information and to elucidate effective food safety control methods. The overarching goal is to ensure the safety of food products. All members of the food industry are cordially invited to attend this seminar. The results of about 6,700 food samples tested were found to be satisfactory except for eight unsatisfactory samples which were announced earlier. The overall satisfactory rate was 99.9 per cent.
