Subject: Question about the coming mid-term of FNSC4180

Dear Professor Kwan,

I'm one of the student studying FNSC4180 - Food Microbiology,
In the mindmap of Salmonella pathogenesis, you mentioned that the mechanism is
secretary system II, however, in videos and websites that I search, I found out
they all mentioned that it is secretary system III. May I ask which one is
correct?

SSOP

Thanks to the student who pointed out that SSOP should be Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, not SSOperationP.

Dear Professor Kwan,
I'm one of the student studying FNSC4180 - Food Microbiology, SID:nnnnnnnn
May I ask, the exercise on WebCT - "
EpidemiologyExercise0010<http://webct.cuhk.edu.hk/webct/urw/lc3421025985001.tp3421443007001/studentCourseView.dowebct?displayinfo=3421443106001,ORGANIZER_PAGE_TYPE&resetBreadcrumb=false&displayBCInsideFrame=true>

Will it included in the mid-term as well ?
or it is related to other topics that we haven't taught ?
I have read the exercise, it seemed that some have been taught and some
haven't..
Also, may I ask, if we can have the answer of it as well ?

hskwanyout sent you a video: "Beautifully Disgusting E Coli"

hskwanyout has shared a video with you on YouTube:
Is E Coli right under your nose? The results will surprise you!

Note: If you are interested in more info about the testing, watch with annotations on.

E Coli is a dangerous bacteria (well, it can be). Have you ever wandered where it lies? We've taken to the streets in this weeks episode of Scientific Tuesdays to test some of the most common items for this menace. The results are disgustingly beautiful.
